The cities of Hampton and Stockbridge approved rezoning requests for new apartment developments in September 2022. Both requests are along major highways. In addition, Locust Grove held a public hearing on September 19 for another apartments request.
All three projects include additional uses, such as townhomes and commercial space. Two out of the three projects are by the same developer.
