Motorists dropping their kids off at the Dutchtown schools can look forward to another option coming soon. Henry County commissioners approved the construction bid for the Flippen Road extension.
The Flippen Road extension will extend Flippen Road south from its current terminus. The new road will tie into the Dutchtown schools and Jonesboro Road.
