Annexations Approved for Apartments on Jodeco & Patrick Henry

Three land owners seeking annexation into Stockbridge received approval in December and January. The applicants plan to construct multifamily housing on Jodeco Road and Patrick Henry Pkwy.

Altogether, the three projects comprise 780 units. This includes 644 apartments. The remaining 136 units will be single-family detached housing available for rent.
