Land annexed into Locust Grove city limits one year ago now has approval to construct a new subdivision. The property is off South Ola Road and Singley Drive. It is located south of Locust Grove High and Middle Schools.

The new subdivision will have 257 lots on 190 acres. Road access is limited to South Ola Road.
