Vista Residential Partners is planning to capitalize on a 2019 rezoning to build over 1,300 new housing units in Stockbridge. Reeves Creek Vista will be a master-planned development on nearly 300 acres off Flippen Road.
In November 2019, Henry County approved a major rezoning request that contemplated a convention center, office towers and over 1,600 housing units. Vista Realty purchased the property in fall 2021 to develop the residential uses on the land.
