New Proposal has 878 Units & Retail Visible from I-75

Stockbridge officials are scheduled to consider in the next month a master plan for Patrick Henry Parkway. The development proposes a mixture of apartments, single-family homes, retail and office space. The project has 878 units. Since 2022, over 1,600 units have either started construction or been approved in the vicinity.
