GDOT Approved $44.7M to Build A New Four-Lane Road

Georgia DOT has approved the construction contract for the western parallel connector, a new four-lane road beside I-75 in Stockbridge. The new road will provide an alternate road instead of I-75 for local traffic.
The western parallel connector will link Hudson Bridge, Jodeco and Jonesboro Roads. The estimated completion date is in late 2026.
