Henry County Objects to Proposed Multifamily Housing

Nexmetro Communities is proposing to build their Avilla Homes product off Patrick Henry Parkway in Stockbridge. The concept offers detached homes built in close proximity and leased like multifamily.

The applicant is requesting to annex into Stockbridge city limits. Henry County filed an objection to the annexation at its June 6 meeting.
