Owner Requests to Update Gas Station in Woodland

John Carter, local owner of various service stations, is proposing to redevelop a location in the Woodland area. The project is asking for a commercial rezoning to expand its footprint.
The zoning board considered the request in May. The board of commissioners will hear the case at a later date.
