The Locust Grove council held the public hearing on Monday, April 17, for the proposed Shops at Indian Creek grocery store. The applicant is not able to share the end user at this time.
It is common practice in commercial real estate for the end user to be confidential until the project gains final approval. The applicant described them as one of the leading grocery stores in the southeast.
