New Highway 155 Distribution Building to Open in 2024

The McDonough 75 Logistics Center will be the next industrial building along highway 155. The 427,200 square foot building will be on property located near Prologis Park Road. It expects to open in early 2024.
Henry County approved a modification of a master plan last year for the property. The land previously had an industrial zoning dating back to 2000.
