Henry County approved plans for a new conservation subdivision off Chambers Road. The project plans to build 21 lots on a forty-acre property.
Conservation subdivisions require the developer to maintain at least forty percent open space when building their project. This particular request plans to preserve 81%, or thirty-three acres.
