McDonough Renews Multifamily Moratorium to Include Hotels

The McDonough city council adopted a multifamily moratorium for the third time during the past 12 months. This time, they added new applications to build hotels. The moratorium extends through mid-June 2023.
The city first adopted the current moratorium beginning in May 2022. They renewed it in October.
