State DOT planning Sloan Street stop sign, other improvements

Georgia DOT wants motorists to know about an upcoming traffic pattern change in downtown McDonough. The state will be installing a new three-way stop at state route 42 / Macon Street and Sloan Street. The change goes into effect starting on Wednesday, August 25.
