Proposed bill would allow local governments to consider school impacts in zoning requests

House Bill 898, sponsored by state rep. Mike Wilensky (D - Dunwoody), would codify a local government’s option to consider impacts to the local school system when making zoning decisions. Stockbridge representative Demetrius Douglas is a co-signer on the bill.
