Southern Crossing Phase II in McDonough is now available for pre-leasing. The 6,300 square foot building, located on Industrial Parkway, is estimated to become available in 2021.
The existing phase I fronts highway 20 and includes tenants like Planet Smoothie and several medical offices. Hardee's occupies the corner lot at the intersection.
